We know that sounds can be overwhelming for some people. That's why we've introduced a Quiet Hour in all our Boutiques, which will take place every Wednesday during our first hour of trade.
Repair + Recycle
We don't believe in waste, which is why we offer a 5-year warranty that covers every piece for five years - free of charge. After that, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee. We'll also recycle any unwanted gold and silver jewellery and give you £20 off your next purchase.
